Stationary cryogenic tanks
   LLC ENERGOSMART offers a wide range of cryogenic tanks for long-tem storage and distribution of liquid cryogenic products (LIN, LOX, LAR, LCO2) manufactured by «Taylor Wharton s.r.o.".

  Tanks of SCS series with high performance have the following characteristics:

  • all piping is made of stainless steel for durability and improvement of appearance;
  • vaporizers for pressure boosting are executed with aluminum tubes with plates;
  • pipe pass is executed from 2 separate panels (made of stainless steel) to prevent ice formation;
  • lifting lugs and plates under landing pads of the tank are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion;
  • positioning of landing pads in tank diameter;
  • erection points of landing pads have optimum location and are reachable beyond the tank to ensure the ease of installation;
  • very low product loss (evaporation) while long-term storage without offtake;
  • tanks are equipped with high-quality shutoff and regulatory valves manufactured by HEROSE GMBH, Germany as well as piping made of stainless steel.

 
  Tanks of SCS series are stationary vessels operating under pressure with perlite & vacuum insulation for storage of liquefied gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, liquefied natural gas, carbon dioxide.

  Ergonomic location of control devices ensures the ease of operation, thoroughly chosen components alongside with professional and qualified fabrication guarantee high reliability and economical efficiency in daily operation as well as tanks long lifetime.

   Tanks are available in vertical or horizontal configuration, with capacity from 2 200 to 500 000 litres and operation pressure from 7 to 37 bars. Tanks are manufactured and tested in accordance with European directive for equipment operating under pressure (PED) 97/23 CE, apart from this tanks are available in conformity with CIS countries requirements.
   The tanks have been in operation all over the world for many years. High quality is ensured by means of implementation of leading technologies as well as quality management system ISO 9001.

   Tanks of SCS series consist of inner and outer vessels. The inner vessel is installed concentrically in the outer vessel and used for storage of cryogenic liquefied gases. The inner vessel is made of stainless steel. The outer vessel is made of carbon steel. Interspace between the vessels is filled with high quality perlite and vacuum. The quality and continuity of welding seams is tested with helium mass spectrometer.
