Packaged Cooling Systems for Immediate Turnkey Operation

After the cooling system is purchased, customers are facing the challenge of connecting it to the electricity grid, and control its optimal operation. As part of YWCT's end-to-end - solution concept, we offer to design and supply an electricity panel that will control system's operation. The panel can be plain and basic with start/stop buttons and indication lights, or complex and advanced. For the latter option, YWCT also offers a Variable Frequency Driver (VFD) for optimal regulation of system's energy consumption, and a control system which enables; monitoring and control over subsystems' operation, ambient conditions analysis and optimization of water treatment. The control system can deliver data analasys and on-line reports via various means of communication.

The electricity board is rack-mounted on the system's skid. All subsystems, controllers, actuators and sensors are wired to the panel. Electricity board's installation is performed in addition to regular piping connections of all components, including non-return valves, pressure meters, and thermometers. Detailed electricity diagram is provided with every electricity panel we supply.
